Sentimental Waltz in G Major, Op. 50, No. 3$$$$$$This elegant Valse sentimentale D 779, No. 3 by Franz Schubert is appropriate for Grade 4 piano students.
Please note that this score contains a suggested realization for the trill in measures 8 and 12.
As the trill occurs at the beginning of the phrase, we suggest a traditional trill beginning with the upper auxiliary note.
Alternatively, the pianist may choose to play a three-note trill starting on the main note : D-E-D.
In all cases, the trill should begin on the beat.$$$$$$Duration : 01:28$$$$$$Source : Franz Schubert, 34 Valses sentimentales, Op. 50, D 779 (Vienna, 1825)$$$$$$Undefined
